Please note that custom pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity of our curated collections.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your jewelry.

Package With Care

Place the items in their original Electric Picks pouch or box and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
